The first step to receiving the Georgia Power rebate is to have an energy assessment performed on your home. During this energy audit, a specialist will identify specific energy-saving measures and home improvements that will reduce energy cost, eliminate waste, and help indoor air quality.
Once the recommended improvements are completed by a participating program contractor, a follow up assessment will determine the resulting energy performance and customers can receive a rebate ranging from a few hundred to over two thousand dollars.
